- New LTCB Partners will buy LTCB's outstanding common stock of 2.4 billion
shares from the Deposit Insurance Corporation for ¥1.0 billion. This sale
will also be accompanied by a cash transfusion of ¥3,239.1 billion into LTCB
and the covering of ¥348.9 billion in LTCB's losses.
