Monitoring Board Meets With IASCF Trustees

The Monitoring Board, established by public authorities in January 2009, met for the first time with the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASCF) Trustees on April 1, 2009. Also, the Monitoring Board members elected Mr. Hans Hoogervorst as the first chairman of the Board. Chairman Hoogervorst represents the Technical Committee of the IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions) on the Monitoring Board and is the head of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets.
