Japan- Korea Shuttle Meeting on Financial Issues

From November 23rd to 24th, 2015, the fifth Japan-Korea Shuttle Meeting on Financial Issues was held between the Financial Services Agency of Japan (JFSA), the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) of Korea.
The meeting is held periodically, as part of a close supervisory cooperation between two organizations. Discussions were held regarding topics such as financial regulatory reform and cooperation between the two authorities.

Note :

The Korean Supervisory structure includes the FSC which is responsible for drafting/amending financial laws and regulations, and the FSS which has the function of examining and supervising financial institutions under the FSC.

In this meeting, there were participants from the FSC, as well.
