On September 5, 2014, Kanto Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against FX Corporation. The administrative action orders FX Corporation to suspend its business from September 5 to December 4 and to improve its business operations. This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) through their on-site inspection. The SESC identified serious concerns with FX Corporation's business operation which impair the public benefit or harm investors.

The FSA published an overview of a report on implementation of post-merger integration plans for Japan Exchange Group. The report was submitted by Japan Exchange Group following the completion of the plans. The plans were approved by the FSA on July 6, 2012, and extended from July 2012 to March 2014 pursuant to the "Act on Special Measures concerning Industrial Revitalization and Innovation of Industrial Activities”.

The FSA published its requests for the FY 2015 tax revisions. These requests include the NISA scheme expansion plan to raise the current annual investment limit from 1 million yen to 1.2 million yen and introduce "Junior NISA" for the investors who are younger than 20 years old.
