Publication of the amendment to the FSA’s "Guidelines for Personal Information Protection in the Financial Industries" and “Practical Guidelines for the Security Policies regarding the Personal Information Protection in the Financial Industries” «Summary» The FSA proposed the amendment to the FSA’s "Guidelines for Personal Information Protection in the Financial Industries" and “Practical Guidelines for the Security Policies regarding the Personal Information Protection in the Financial Industries”. The amendments were made on the provisions regarding acquisition of personal information, security control measures and supervision of outsourcing contractors.

Publication of a FAQ regarding leverage ratio regulations «Summary» The FSA published a FAQ regarding leverage ratio regulations.
