January 27, 2016: | Publication of statistics regarding over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions (as of September 30, 2015) «Summary» In accordance with the article 156-66 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the FSA published the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives report as of the end of September 2015. This report aggregated the OTC derivatives transactions data reported from the Financial Instruments Business Operators in Japan. |

January 29, 2016: | Activities of the FSA’s Counseling Office for Financial Services Users between October 1 and December 31, 2015 «Summary» The FSA’s Counseling Office for Financial Services Users is offering a counseling service in response to inquiries and comments from financial services users. Between October 1 and December 31, 2015, the counseling office received 8,630 inquiries and comments, close to 8,890 cases in the previous quarter (between July 1 and September 30, 2015). Among them, 253 cases were received through the ex-ante consulting services. |
