The FSA finalized the amendments to the “Cabinet Office Ordinance on Financial Instruments Business.” The amendments include rules on margin requirements from the perspective of ensuring proper risk management by OTC FX traders that engage in business with corporate clients. The Ordinance will be enforced on February 27, 2017.
