April 14, 2017:	Administrative actions against the notifiers of specially permitted business for qualified institutional investors (SPBQII) whom the Kanto Local Finance Bureau cannot make contact with < Summary> The Kanto Local Finance Bureau took administrative actions against the eight notifiers of specially permitted business for qualified institutional investors (SPBQII) whom the Kanto Local Finance Bureau cannot make contact with, ordering the abolition of the notifiers’ entire specially permitted businesses for qualified institutional investors and the improvement of their business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.”
April 11, 2017:	Administrative penalty charge against an officer of SHIFT INC. for communicating insider information regarding stocks of the said entity < Summary> The FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an officer of SHIFT INC. for delivering insider information to an individual who used the information and committed insider trading regarding stocks of the said entity.
April 11, 2017:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for using fraudulent means regarding stocks of Wedge Holdings CO., LTD. < Summary> The FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for using fraudulent means regarding stocks of Wedge Holdings CO., LTD.

April 14, 2017:	Notification of business discontinuance of a foreign audit firm < Summary> The FSA published the notification of the discontinuance of business submitted by a foreign audit firm, KPMG Audit Plc, pursuant to the “Certified Public Accountants Act.”
April 13, 2017:	Publication of an outline of key comments received at the “Contact for Financial Policies Monitor,” a neutral third-party comprised of external experts < Summary> To ensure the effectiveness and transparency of the Financial Policies Monitor System, the FSA published an outline of key comments newly received at the “Contact for Financial Policies Monitor,” a neutral third-party comprised of external experts, over the six-month period from June to December 2016. The outline also includes corresponding actions taken (or to be taken) by the FSA. The FSA publishes the outline on a regular basis.
April 12, 2017:	Warnings about entities that are operating money lending businesses without proper registration < Summary> The FSA (Local Finance Bureaus) updated warnings about entities that are operating money lending businesses without proper registration. The warnings include the updated list of entities that misrepresent their registration using fictitious or stolen registration numbers.
