Administrative action against YAMAGEN Securities Co., Ltd. (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) < Summary> The Kanto Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against YAMAGEN Securities Co., Ltd., ordering the suspension of its business from August 29 to August 31, 2017 and the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.” This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) as a result of its on-site inspection.

August 9, 2017:	The meeting of the seventh “Council for Cooperation on Financial Stability” < Summary> The FSA and the BOJ (Bank of Japan) held the seventh meeting of the “Council for Cooperation on Financial Stability” to exchange views on the current situation of the financial system and the market among the senior officials including the Commissioner of the FSA and the Deputy Governor of the BOJ.
