Financial Services Agency (FSA) established ''the Guideline for Financial Conglomerate Supervision'', reflecting the comments received during the public-comment period (from April 28 to May 27, 2005).
Additionally, FSA established the ''Regarding the Inspection to the Financial Conglomerates (Japanese version only)'', reflecting the Guideline.
