The 4th
Tokyo Enforcement Seminar was held from December 13th, 2004 to December
17th, 2004. In the seminar 28 market regulators participated from 15 Asian
countries. The main purpose of this Seminar is to develop participants’
better understanding of basic enforcement principles on securities markets
through presentation made by the SESC’s staff and other speakers.
