The Tokyo Enforcement Conference was held from March 9 to March 11, 2009. The main purpose of this conference was to contribute to the development of human resources in emerging market economies, and consequently the development of securities administration and markets, through lectures and exchanges of opinions on law enforcement related to the securities market of Japan. 16 personnel in charge of the enforcement of securities law from 9 countries participated in the seminar
