• Regarding the disciplinary action taken by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong against an investment advisor based in Hong Kong and its Chief Investment Officer for committing an inappropriate trading concerning the shares of Japan Airlines Corporation publicly traded in the Japanese stock market

• A disciplinary action has been taken by the HKSFC against a trader of Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) for breaching the Code of Conduct involving the Japanese securities market

• An enforcement action has been taken by the UKFSA against GLG Partners L.P. and one of its former managing directors for market abuse involving the Japanese securities market

• A civil penalty enforcement action has been taken by MAS.
