Announcement of Investigation Results of Money Management Strength Co., Ltd. «Summary» The Director-General of the Tokai Local Finance Bureau announced the results of an investigation of Money Management Strength Co., Ltd (“the Company”), a Specially Permitted Business Notifying Person. Based on the investigation of the Company, the Director-General of the Tokai Local Finance Bureau identified that the Company provided customers with false information for fund solicitation, and engaged in Type II financial instruments business without statutory registration. It was also acknowledged that U.S. company, Money Management Strategies, LLC, was involved in purported business which expends the investment assets. |

Notification of Inspection Results to exito Co., Ltd. «Summary» The Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau notified exito Co., Ltd. (the company), a Specially Permitted Business Notifying Person, of inspection results. Based on the inspection, the Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau identified that the company has engaged in Type II financial instruments business and investment management business without statutory registration, and in a diversion of invested funds. |

Petition for a court injunction against Masters DPB Limited and its manager. «Summary» The SESC filed a petition with the Tokyo District Court for an injunction against Masters DPB Limited ("the Company") and its manager to prohibit and suspend it from engaging in investment management based on a Discretionary Investment Contract. Based on an investigation of the Company, the SESC identified that it had engaged in investment management based on a Discretionary Investment Contract without statutory registration. |

December 19, 2014: | «Summary» The SESC recommended the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the FSA to impose an administrative penalty order of 1,040,000 yen against an offender who received insider information from an officer of NISSHIN FUDOSAN Co., Ltd. in violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. |
