Y2K Status-Report during the Rollover Period

(As of 17:00, January 3, 2000)

     No reports of disorders related to Y2K affecting financial institutions' customers and operations have been made today to the Financial Supervisory Agency from financial institution and association, etc.

     Of the two disorders which were identified but not restored yesterday, it was reported that the one identified by the securities company was restored today. It was reported that the other disorder identified by the foreign bank was under restoration.
