Y2K Status-Report during the Rollover Period

Today, it was newly reported that eight banks and one cooperative financial institution have identified disorders related to Y2K that might have a minor effect on its customers and operations. The disorders reported were such as inability to inquiry the historical records of receipt and payment of money on the terminals on customer side-while the transactions performing normally. It was reported that the disorders were expected to be restored today. It was reported that a disorder which was identified but not restored yesterday, was expected to be restored by the end of this week. |
