The Fifteenth Meeting of the
"Working Group on Financial Inspection Manuals"
The fifteenth meeting of the Working Group on Financial Inspection Manuals was held
today at the Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA).
The FSA received many comments on the "Interim report" of the Working Group on Financial Inspection Manuals.
The Group was reconvened to discuss the possible revision of the draft Manuals, taking
into account comments received.
Professor Shinasaku Iwahara (Tokyo University) will continue to chair the Group. There
were some changes in the members. (See attached member list)
The Group will meet regularly, once or twice a week, to discuss the revision of the
draft, with the view to publish its result by the end of March.
On the basis of comments received, the Group discussed the basic nature of the
Financial Inspection Manuals.
The next meeting is scheduled on 3 March.
