Commissioner Yoshida went on a business trip to the UK, France and Germany from September 6 (Sun) to September 12 (Sat) 2015. He delivered a keynote address at the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime, and visited the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the UK, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) and so on.
At the meeting with FCA, AMF, ESMA, BaFin and other agencies, he explained the current efforts of the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, and exchanged views on maintaining and reinforcing the cooperative relationship between the authorities, and about various issues regarding the current securities market.
