FSA has expanded its scope to provide administrative services in English for overseas financial institutions

FSA has expanded its scope to provide administrative services in English, such as submitting application documents for registration and other subsequent documents in English. It now includes applicants who conduct the same type of business as Type I Financial Instruments Businesses in a foreign country and that deal only in certain securities of foreign investment with Professional Investors.
