Yesterday marked the second anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. In relation to the earthquake, some people say that the progress in resolving the double loan problem has been slow. What are your thoughts on financial measures and future challenges?

The situation concerning the double loan problem varies widely from region to region. People in some regions say they do not face the double loan problem. However, when plans for relocating to higher ground are considered, the double loan problem may pose various new challenges. Therefore, I have naturally instructed the Financial Services Agency (FSA) to properly deal with the double loan problem, and I believe we must continue to properly deal with it.
