Among investment-trust holders, this means that half have lost money and half have made money, and I can at least say that this survey has, to put it simply, made the performance of investment trusts visible, and that this has contributed to providing customers with criteria for selecting investment-trust companies. I think there’s value in the fact that the survey has produced clear findings. Basically, if an investment company’s funds are poorly managed, I think it will quickly stop being chosen by customers, so I think that going forward the survey results will make a big contribution to ensuring that investment trust companies endeavor, in various ways, to meet the needs of customers.
