Q.: Typhoon #19 (Hagibis) struck Japan the other day. Did it have any impact on financial institutions?
A.: As of noon on Monday, the typhoon had flooded ATMs and caused damage resulting in blackouts at 123 locations. Accordingly, we plan to respond in the appropriate manner while working to fully grasp the situation. As of now, we have not received any reports indicating that the situation is worse than this.
