Ministerial-level joint letter addressed to U.S. Secretary of the Treasury on cross-border OTC derivatives reform
On April 18, 2013, the Financial Services Agency, jointly with nine foreign authorities, sent a ministerial-level joint letter to U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Jacob J. Lew regarding cross-border over-the-counter(OTC) derivatives reform.
