Exchange of letters on co-operation with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam

1. On March 5, 2014, the Financial Services Agency and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam exchanged letters on the sharing of their experience and expertise.

2. In view of the growing globalization of the world’s financial markets, this exchange of letters intends to strengthen cooperation between both Authorities in order to promote the development of sound financial regulatory mechanisms and financial markets.

3. Based on this exchange of letters, the Authorities intend to exchange their experience and expertise in order to develop legal and regulatory frameworks and financial markets in both countries.
