FSA Deputy Commissioner for International Affairs was re-elected to the Vice Chair of the IAIS Executive Committee

Hiroshi Ota, Deputy Commissioner for International Affairs of the Financial Services Agency, who was elected to the Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) on November 10, 2016, was re-elected after the expiration of his term on November 8, 2018.

Note: The IAIS is a voluntary membership organization of insurance supervisors and regulators from more than 200 jurisdictions. The Executive Committee is responsible for providing strategic direction and managing the affairs of the IAIS.
