The Council of Experts Concerning the Follow-up of Japan’s Stewardship Code and Japan’s Corporate Governance Code (Chairman: Hideki Kanda, Professor, Gakushuin University Law School) has now published the opinion statement No.5 “Board Effectiveness and Ensuring Diversity in the Core Human Resources in Companies for Post-COVID Transformation of Companies”.
In preparation for the next revision of the Corporate Governance Code, this Opinion Statement makes recommendations regarding Board Effectiveness and Ensuring Diversity in the Core Human Resources in Companies for Post-COVID Transformation of Companies.
