Exchange of Letters (EoL) on the Cooperation Framework with the International Financial Services Centres Authority, India
The Financial Services Agency (JFSA) and the International Financial Services Centres Authority, India (IFSCA) have exchanged letters on the occasion of the 16th Japan–India Annual Summit to further strengthen their cooperative relationship.
The letters establish a framework for mutual cooperation between the JFSA and IFSCA, and confirm the authorities’ intention to cooperate in matters concerning the development and regulation of financial products, financial services, and financial institutions in their respective jurisdictions.
