December 1, 2014:

Publication of draft cabinet office ordinances and regulatory notices on disclosure of the liquidity coverage ratio «Summary» The FSA proposed draft cabinet office ordinances and regulatory notices on disclosure of the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR). The cabinet office ordinances and regulatory notices require internationally active banks to disclose details of their LCR based on Basel III from June 30, 2015. The FSA will finalize the cabinet office ordinance and regulatory notices after a one-month public consultation.

November 28, 2014:

Results of public comments on the revisions to the technical standards of the input and output devices for EDINET documents pursuant to the Order for Enforcement of Financial Instruments and Exchange Act «Summary» The FSA published the results of public comments on the revisions to the technical standards of the input and output devices for EDINET documents in order to adopt new formats for subscription requirements and for Share Buyback Reports. These revisions are to accommodate the revisions of the cabinet office ordinance on disclosure of contents of regulated securities.

December 5, 2014:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding the stocks of Ise Chemicals Corporation «Summary» On December 4, 2014, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding the stocks of Ise Chemicals Corporation.
December 5, 2014:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading regarding the stocks of Chimney Co., Ltd. «Summary» On December 4, 2014, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading of stocks of Chimney Co., Ltd. using information received from an officer of the company that concluded a contract with the tender offeror.
December 5, 2014:	Administrative penalty charge against individuals for committing insider trading regarding the stocks of Tanaka Chemical Corporation. «Summary» On December 4, 2014, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an employee of a company in contract negotiations with Tanaka Chemical Corporation and an individual who received information from the employee for committing insider trading regarding the stocks of Tanaka Chemical Corporation.

December 2, 2014:	Updated list of issuers of gift certificates in repayment procedures based on the "Payment Services Act" «Summary» The FSA updated the list of issuers who are repaying, have completed repaying or have announced the termination of use of prepaid payment instruments, as defined in the "Payment Services Act" (e.g. gift vouchers, gift certificates, and prepaid cards).
December 1, 2014:	Warning against fraudulent offers to refund financial damage caused by bank transfer scams «Summary» The FSA updated the warning against fraudulent offers to refund financial damage caused by bank transfer scams. Recently, such phishing scams are committed as fraudulent refunds pursuant to the "Criminal Accounts Damage Recovery Act."
