The FSA’s Counseling Office for Financial Services Users is offering a counseling service in response to inquiries and comments from financial services users. Between April 1 and June 30, 2016, the counseling office received 9,163 inquiries and comments, almost unchanged from 9,122 cases in the previous quarter (between January 1 and March 31, 2016). Among them, 246 cases were received through the ex-ante consulting services.
