November 2, 2018 | Publication of the draft amendments to the “Cabinet Office Order on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs” < Summary> The FSA proposed the draft amendments to the “Cabinet Office Order on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs” based on the proposal presented in the Report by the “Working Group on Corporate Disclosure” of the Financial System Council, which was published in June 2018. The proposal mainly aims to enhance financial information and narrative (non-financial) information in annual securities reports. |

The FSA has published statistics that include the number of information sharing on cases regarding unauthorized use of bank accounts until September 30, 2018 since September 2003, along with the corresponding actions taken by financial institutions. |
