Emergency Responses Concerning Applications and Notifications to be Filed with the FSA in Consideration of the Impact of COVID-19 Infection (repeated information dissemination)

Based on the notice "Emergency Responses Concerning Applications and Notifications to be Filed with the FSA in Consideration of the Impact of COVID-19 Infection (information dissemination)" issued on June 1, 2021, the FSA has put in place transitional measures for shifting to the FSA Electronic Application and Notification System ("New System") to accept applications and notifications by email until the end of FY2021, as there is a possibility that the acquisition of a gBizID necessary for using the New System may not be completed by the time of commencement of the operation of the New System (on June 30, 2021).

As the deadline is approaching, we are calling attention again for the termination of the transitional measures to accept applications and notifications by email and inform you of the need to acquire a gBizID for using the New System. Please properly inform the members of your association regarding the following.

1. Based on the notice "Emergency Responses Concerning Applications and Notifications to be Filed with the FSA in Consideration of the Impact of COVID-19 Infection (information dissemination)," the FSA has accepted applications and notifications by email even after the commencement of the operation of the New System as transitional measures. However, the transitional measures are to be terminated on March 31, 2022.

2. From April 1, 2022, please use the New System, the Financial Services Agency Business Support Integration System, or the e-Gov System for filing applications or notifications. For using the New System, you need to acquire a gBizID. If you have yet to acquire a gBizID, access the following URL and go through the procedures for acquisition immediately. You can also use a gBizID when using the e-Gov System. (gBizID: Digital Agency) https://gbiz-id.go.jp/top/ 新しいウィンドウで開きます(Available in Japanese)
