Publication of the Report by the “Working Group on Method of Regulations on Banks which Contribute to Stability of the Financial System, etc.” of the Financial System Council
The “Working Group on Method of Regulations on Banks which Contribute to Stability of the Financial System, etc.” of the Financial System Council (chairman Shinsaku IWAHARA, professor, Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, University of Tokyo) has deliberated 14 times on regulation on banks which contribute to stability of the financial system, etc., since May 2012.
Based on these deliberations, the working group has compiled and published a report titled ” Review of Regulations on Banks which Contribute to Stability of the Financial System, etc.”
This report will be reported at the General Meeting and the Sectional Committee on Financial System of the Financial System Council.
