Establishment of Financial Conglomerate Office and Office of International Affairs

Against the background of the growing importance of cross-sector supervisory activities due to the trend towards financial conglomerates and the rapid increase in cross-border supervisory activities, today we established the Financial Conglomerate Office and the Office of International Affairs under the Supervisory Coordination Division of the Supervisory Bureau. The missions of two offices are as follows.

	Financial Conglomerate Office Planning and coordination of supervisory issues related to financial conglomerates and cross-sector financial transactions.
	Office of International Affairs Coordination and communication with foreign supervisory authorities of activities of the Supervisory Bureau.
