Q.: An earthquake centered near Fukushima struck this morning; could you please tell us if there has been any damage or impact on financial institutions as of this moment?
A.: The Financial Services Agency is still in the process of gathering and assessing information, but it is my understanding that there has been no serious damage up to this time.
