Administrative order against Teramento Corporation,
requiring correction of the large shareholdings reports
Today, the Kanto Local Finance Bureau (hereinafter ''the Bureau'') issued an administrative order against Teramento Corporation (Kawasaki-shi, Asao-ku, hereinafter ''the Corporation''), requiring the Corporation to submit correction of the reports of large shareholdings reports on the issuers listed below, which the Corporation submitted to the Bureau on January 25, 2008. This order is pursuant to the provision of Paragraph 1 of Article 10, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 27-29 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
