The front page of Electronic Disclosure for Investors’ NETwork (EDINET: http://info.edinet-fsa.go.jp/) calls for attention with regard to the reports of possession of large volume, etc. regarding Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Financial Products LLC, stating that the holding ratio of share certificates, etc. and other related statements in the past reports of possession of large volume, etc. may include inaccurate information, and that there may exist some reports of possession of large volume, etc. which were supposed to be filed have not yet been submitted.
