Publication of amendment to administrative notice on capital adequacy rules for internationally active banks based on Basel III

FSA has published draft amendment to administrative notice on the capital adequacy rules for internationally active banks based on Basel III for one month public consultation stated on February 7. Taking into consideration the received comments, FSA makes the final rules public today and will implement the new rules on March 31 2013.
