Finalization of the "Guidelines for Creating, Recordkeeping and Reporting of Transaction Information specified in Article 4(1) of the Cabinet Office Order on the Regulation of Over-the-Counter Derivatives, etc."
The Financial Services Agency (FSA) called for public comments on the "Guidelines for Creating, Recordkeeping and Reporting of Transaction Information specified in Article 4(1) of the Cabinet Office Order on the Regulation of Over-the-Counter Derivatives Transactions, etc. (Draft)" from September 12 through October 12.
As a result, FSA received comments from 17 individuals, organizations and overseas organizations. We would like to thank all those who have submitted their comments for their cooperation.
Based on the received comments, the FSA finalized the "Guidelines for Creating, Recordkeeping and Reporting of Transaction Information specified in Article 4(1) of the Cabinet Office Order on the Regulation of Over-the-Counter Derivatives Transactions, etc." as per Attachment 1.
The summary of all comments received and the FSA's views are published as per Attachment 2.
