Bilateral meeting between Commissioner Ito and Chairman Kim, the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Korea
On September 3, Commissioner Ito (photo:right) held an in-person bilateral meeting with Mr. KIM Byoung Hwan, Chairman of the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Korea (photo:left).
At the meeting, they exchanged views on recent developments in their respective markets including the Corporate Value-up Program in Korea and the Policy Plan for Promoting Japan as a Leading Asset Management Center. They also recognized the need for a closer communication and look forward to the Eighth Financial Shuttle Meeting, which is planned to be held in Tokyo later this year.
