The FSA finalized amendments to the “Ordinance for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act.” The amendments include the calculation of solvency margin ratio regarding certain reinsurance. The amendments will be enforced and implemented from March 31, 2016.

The FSA finalized amendments to the “Ordinance for Enforcement of the Money Lending business Act” pursuant to the enforcement of the “Act on Preparation of Relevant Acts Accompanying Enforcement of Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure (Act No.28 of 2013).” The amendments have been enforced since October 5, 2015.
