November 26, 2015:

Publication of finalized amendments to Cabinet Office ordinances and regulatory notices to introduce the Basel III capital buffer for internationally active banks «Summary» The FSA finalized amendments to Cabinet Office ordinances (including the Order Providing for the Categories Prescribed in Article 26, Paragraph (2) of the Banking Act), regulatory notices, supervisory guidelines, and inspection manuals to introduce Basel III capital buffer rules for internationally active banks. The capital buffer rules will be phased in from March 31, 2016 through 2019 based on international agreements.

November 27, 2015:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for providing information to a person who used the information and committed insider trading regarding stocks of WebCrew Inc. «Summary» On November 26, 2015, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for providing information to a person who used the information and committed insider trading of stocks of WebCrew Inc. The individual provided a person the information learned as an employee of the company that concluded a contract with the parent company of the tender offeror.
November 27, 2015:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading regarding stocks of WebCrew Inc. «Summary» On November 26, 2015, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual regarding insider trading of stocks of WebCrew Inc. The individual used information received from an employee of the company that concluded a contract with the parent company of the tender offeror.
November 27, 2015:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding stocks of The Toho Bank, Ltd. «Summary» On November 26, 2015, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding stocks of The Toho Bank, Ltd.
