February 26, 2016:	The implementation report regarding the Norinchukin Bank and specified agricultural and fishery cooperatives’ credit businesses enhancement scheme for the former half of their business year 2015 «Summary» The FSA published the implementation report regarding the Norinchukin Bank and specified agricultural and fishery cooperatives’ credit businesses enhancement scheme for the former half of their business year 2015. The Norinchukin Bank and the specified agricultural and fishery cooperatives are required to implement the scheme pursuant to the “Act on Enhancement and Restructuring of Credit Business Conducted by the Norinchukin Bank and Specified Agricultural and Fishery Cooperatives.”
February 26, 2016:	Publication of the progress report for the Business Strengthening Plans (as of September 2015) «Summary» The FSA published the progress report for the Business Strengthening Plans (as of September 2015) pursuant to the “Act on Special Measures for Strengthening Financial Functions.”

Administrative actions against Jyoko Securities Co., Ltd., Kyowa Securities Co., Ltd., Takematsu Securities Co., Ltd., Tahara Securities Co., Ltd., Rokuwa Securities Ltd., and Okinawa Securities Limited «Summary» On February 26, 2016, the Local Finance Bureaus (Hokkaido Local Finance Bureau, Kanto Local Finance Bureau, Hokuriku Local Finance Bureau, Tokai Local Finance Bureau, Kinki Local Finance Bureau, and Okinawa General Bureau of the Cabinet Office) took administrative actions against Jyoko Securities Co., Ltd., Kyowa Securities Co., Ltd., Takematsu Securities Co., Ltd., Tahara Securities Co., Ltd., Rokuwa Securities Ltd., and Okinawa Securities Limited ordering improvement of their business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.” There were false representation and/or representation that would lead to misunderstanding of information regarding the contract.

Publication of amendments to the FSA’s regulatory notice of “The Designated IFRSs” «Summary» On February 24 2016, the FSA proposed amendments to the regulatory notice of “The Designated IFRSs” stipulated in the “Regulation for Terminology, Forms and Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements.” The amendment adds the IFRSs published by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) between January 1 and December 31, 2015, to the list of designated IFRSs that can be used in Japan.
