Administrative action against Kagoshima Sogo Shinkin Bank (The Kyushu Local Finance Bureau)  < Summary> The Kyushu Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against Kagoshima Sogo Shinkin Bank, ordering the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Banking Act” as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the “Shinkin Bank Act.” This administrative action is due to the occurrence of a series of misconducts in the said entity.
