< Summary>
The FSA has been encouraging financial institutions to make efforts to optimize their business operations of revolving consumer loans. Subsequent to the publication of the interim results of the on-site monitoring for banks’ revolving consumer loans in January 2018, which reflects the findings from the on-site monitoring conducted in the period of September to December 2017, the FSA published the survey results on the actual state of banks’ revolving consumer loans. The survey includes the findings from the FSA’s off-site monitoring of all banks which provide revolving consumer loans, as well as the subsequent improvement status of business operations of the banks which were subject to the previous on-site monitoring in the aforementioned period.
