In order to grasp the status of the enforcement of the “Act on Protection of Depositors and Postal Saving Holders from Unauthorized Automated Withdrawal, Using Counterfeit Cards, and Stolen Cards,” the FSA collects information annually from financial institutions and publishes the summary.
