Publication of the "Cabinet Office Order to Amend the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Banking Act, and etc." pertaining to the enforcement of the "Act for Partial Revision of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Business Enhancement Act, and etc." which contributes to the continuation of business activities of small and medium-sized enterprises < Summary> The FSA has published the "Cabinet Office Order to Amend the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Banking Act, and etc." pertaining to the enforcement of the "Act for Partial Revision of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Business Enhancement Act, and etc." which contributes to the continuation of business activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. The Cabinet Office Order and other applicable Orders were enforced on July 16, 2019.
