March 10, 2021 Launch of proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for "AI Chatbots"open new window
<Summary>
The FSA's Counseling Office for Financial Services Users has launched proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for "AI Chatbots" for use in responding to common online inquiries (frequently asked questions) the Office received from financial services users, aimed at improving users' convenience. The Counseling Office is considering introducing "AI Chatbots," in which AI (artificial intelligence) will respond to common online inquiries about financial administration and general financial services. The office has decided to implement PoC testing from March 10 through March 31, 2021.
