On May 20, 2021, a partial rescission of the FSA’s order* to impose an administrative penalty charge against Nice Corporation for making false statements in its securities reports has become final and binding.
* The FSA's order was originally imposed on September 10, 2020.

On May 20, 2021, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against J-Holdings Corp. for making false statements in its securities reports.
|May 25, 2021||The third project selected for "Enterprise System and Frontrunner Support-Hub"
The FSA accepted an application from Minna Bank, Ltd. and Zero Bank Design Factory, Inc. as the third project which fulfilled all requirements for the FSA to provide its support through "Enterprise System and Frontrunner Support-Hub."
While the said companies have achieved flexibility and scalability through agile software development of the core banking system on a public cloud (Google Cloud) platform in a loosely coupled microservices configuration, they intend to create a BaaS (Banking as a Service)-type business that provides financial functions and other services to other service providers through API (Application Programming Interface) connections.
