The said statements respectively request financial institutions in Kumamoto, Saitama, and Hiroshima Prefectures to cooperate with prefectural authorities and appropriately deal with HPAI-affected parties (poultry farms, processors, and trade) considering their circumstances, such as by attentively responding to the needs of business management consultation and new loans or the changing of loan terms.
*In terms of financial measures, Kumamoto Prefecture is within the purview of The Kyushu Local Finance Bureau as well as The Fukuoka Local Finance Bureau, whereas Saitama and Hiroshima Prefectures are within the purview of The Kanto Local Finance Bureau and Chugoku Local Finance Bureau, respectively.
