The FSA published information on public consultation on the draft Cabinet Office Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act. The amendment aims to exclude the amount of asset investment in insurance subsidiary companies from the coverage of the upper limit for the amount of asset investment by an insurance company in the same person (large exposure regulations).
